Kindly note all international orders are shipped on a DDP (delivery duty paid) basis. Customers will be responsible for all local taxes and import duties, which will be added to the order purchase price. All costs for duties and taxes will be collected by PatBO.com at checkout. 

We do offer an exclusive discount for all international orders. In order to provide close to duty-free pricing, please use code INTERNATIONAL20 for 20% off your order. These discounts do not apply to Australia or US customers. All orders to Australia have duties and taxes waived.

We now offer returns on all international orders excluding final sale products. Customers will receive a full refund including taxes and duties up to 14 days after the return is received at our e-commerce warehouse.
