How do I mail my return or exchange?Updated 10 months ago

Please head to our returns portal here to start your return process.

Please use the pre-paid label provided to ship your returned item. 

Once we receive the returned item at our fulfillment center, we will proceed with the refund, minus a $10 restocking fee. Returns can take up to 14 days after delivery for our e-commerce warehouse to process. Once your return is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
